Where do you fulfill orders?
Orders are fulfilled in the US or in Europe – whichever is closest to your location.*
*Please note that some shirt colours are not yet available for fulfillment in Europe. If your order contains any of these coloured-shirts, your entire order will be fulfilled and shipped from the US. You can still order these products if you live in Europe, but expect a longer shipping delay.

Shipping is free for all countries on orders over $80!

I think my order got lost – what should I do?
Please first consult your expected order delay:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery delay, as indicated above, please contact us via email (email@example.com) as soon as possible so we can take the necessary measures to help you out. Unreceived orders must be reported to us within 30 days after your expected delivery delay.
Please note that weekends are not included in business days.
What is your return policy?
All purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct up to $15 per item to cover restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item – what do I do?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact email@example.com with a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, as well as your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll take care of you!
Can I exchange my item for another size or colour?
We don’t offer exchanges for sizes or colours at the moment – sorry! 🙁
Do you have t-shirts for men?
Yes! Although a lot of our pictures are with women models, all our tees are actually unisex. Unisex t-shirt sizing is the same as regular men’s sizing so go with your regular size.

Are your t-shirts fair trade?
You bet! All of our t-shirts are ethically-made in fair trade and 100% sweatshop-free factories!
Do you use vegan inks to print on your t-shirts?
Kale yeah! Not only are the inks we use free of any animal by-product, but they are also non-toxic and 100% biodegradable.
